After experiencing
headaches and giddiness
for over a week,
it was time finally
to make time to see the doctor.

Sure enough the blood pressure
has gone up
to the extent that prescription
is needed.

OK... let's hope those pills work!

A Short Break
was what I needed
& a short break
was what I gave myself...

It was really nice company
and brilliant weather..
bit too hot for me, but
it's really quite refreshing..

so gonna check out the
Strawberry Moments again

Man I needed that break...
