| The Limit |
When a woman walks down the aisle
to her awaiting, beaming husband-to-be,
has she considered the vow
she was about to make?
Likewise, as the man eyes
The fair maiden coming towards him,
Has he wondered if he could
Keep the vow declared before God n men?
For better, for worse,
For richer, for poorer,
In sickness n in health....
Do we know what we r
Getting ourselves into?
Trust me, in sickness,
We r worse rather than better,
N definitely get poorer too...
Hardly anyone is sweetie pie and
Sugar n spice when one is sick....
And all these promises r tested out
At the same time...
Can we really stick it out??
What is the limit? |
