Regarding a query I posed concerning intelligence of some govt employees..
I kid u not- this actually happened last month... And the conversation went something like this...
Civilian: I'm here to report someone missing. Police: who is this person? Civilian: He's a vagrant but has been asked to stay at a centre by the court. Now he's missing.. Police: oh I see.. So this vagrant.. What's his home address?? Civilian: ?? He's a vagrant?? Police: oh errr yeah, so errr he lives on de street? Civilian: yes, until recently. He's been in our centre for some time. Police: errr ok.. Hmmm so this vagrant, what is his occupation?? Civilian: ....... 😲😲😲😲 !!!! (tries v hard not to say - bumming ard on d street??!!)
